Masala Dosa Recipe Ingredients:

  • Dosa Aate ke liye:

    • 1 cup chawal (behtar hai ki parboiled ho)

    • 1/4 cup urad dal (split black lentils)

    • 1/4 chammach methi ke beej (vikalpik)

    • Namak swaad anusar

  • Masala Bhari ke liye:

    • 3 se 4 medium size aloo, uble aur mash kiye hue

    • 1 tablespoon tel

    • 1 chammach rai

    • 1 chammach jeera

    • 1 chhota pyaaz, bareek kata hua

    • 2 se 3 hari mirch, bareek kata hua

    • Kuch curry patta

    • 1/2 chammach haldi powder

    • Namak swaad anusar

  • Serve karne ke liye:

    • Nariyal ki chutney

    • Sambar (dal ka shorba)

Masala Dosa Recipe Instructions:

  1. Dosa Aata:

    • Chawal, urad dal aur methi ke beej ko alag-alag dho lein. Unhein 4 se 6 ghante ya raat bhar ke liye paani mein bhigo dein.

    • Paani nikal dein aur chawal, urad dal aur methi ke beej ko smooth aata consistency tak grind karein. Grinding ke dauraan jarurat padne par paani daalen.

    • Aata ko ek bade bowl mein transfer karein, namak daalen aur achhe se mila lein. Bowl ko dhak kar 8 se 10 ghante ya raat bhar ferment hone ke liye rakh dein.

  2. Masala Bhari:

    • Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur rai daalen. Jab woh phoolein, jeera, kata hua pyaaz, hari mirch aur curry patta daalen. Pyaaz translucent hone tak sauté karein.

    • Haldi powder aur namak daalen. Achhe se mila lein.

    • Kadhai mein uble aur mash kiye hue aloo daalen aur sab ko achhe se mila lein. 2 se 3 minute tak pakayein, kabhi-kabhi chalate hue. Aag se hata dein.

  3. Masala Dosa Banane Ka Tarika:

    • Ek non-stick ya cast-iron tawa ko medium aanch par garam karein.

    • Tawa ke beech mein ek karchi aate ka uthayein aur tawey ke beech mein rakh dein. Karchi ki piche se ghumate hue aata ko golakar failayein, patla aur barabar dosa banane ke liye.

    • Dosa ke kinare par thoda tel chhidkayein aur use tab tak pakayein jab tak neeche se sunahra bhura aur crispy na ho jaye.

    • Dosa ke beech mein masala bhari rakhein. Dosa ko masale se fold karke semi-circle bana lein ya roll kar dein.

    • Dosa ko tawa se hata kar, nariyal ki chutney aur sambar ke saath garam garam serve karein.
