Paneer tikka
ek popular Indian appetizer hai, jismein paneer (cottage cheese) ke tukde dahi
aur masalon ke mishran mein marinade karke grill ya bake kiya jata hai. Iske
bahar crispy aur andar naram ho jata hai. Marinade mixture mein aam taur par
jeera, dhaniya, haldi aur garam masala ke saath lehsun, adrak aur nimbu ka ras
shaamil hota hai. Marinade kiye hue paneer ke tukde skewers mein laga kar
charcoal ya gas par grill kiya jaata hai ya phir oven mein bake kar liya jata
hai jab tak ki edges bhure na ho jaayen. Isse mint chutney ya tamarind chutney
ke saath serve kiya jata hai. Paneer tikka non-vegetarian chicken tikka ka

Paneer Tikka Recipe in Hindi
Ingredients:
- 400g paneer, chote chote tukde me kaat liya hua
- 1/2 cup plain dahi
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp lehsun paste
- 1 tsp adrak paste
- 1 tbsp nimbu ka ras
- Namak, swaad anusar
- 1 tbsp tel
- Skewers
Paneer Tikka Recipe in Hindi Instructions:
- Ek bowl me dahi, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, garam masala, lehsun paste, adrak paste, nimbu ka ras aur namak ko mix karein aur marinade taiyar karein.
- Isme paneer ke tukde daal dein aur achhe se mix karein, har tukde ko evenly coat karte hue. Ise kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye marinade karne de, ya phir behtar parinam ke liye 4 ghante tak bhi marinade kar sakte hain.
- Apna oven 200°C (400°F) par preheat karein ya fir medium-high flame par grill pan garam karein.
- Marinated paneer ke tukde ko skewers me daal lein.
- Ek baking sheet ya grill pan ko tel se grease karein.
- Skewers ko baking sheet ya grill pan par rakh dein aur 10-15 minutes tak, occasionally turn karte hue, paka lein, jab tak paneer golden brown aur thoda sa crispy na ho jaye.
- Garama garam Paneer Tikka ko mint chutney ya tamarind chutney ke saath serve karein.
