  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1/2 cup cream

Dal Makhani Recipe in Hindi Punjabi: Instructions:

  1. Black lentils aur kidney beans ko raat bhar ke liye pani mein bhigo den. Subah pani ko chaan len aur achhe se dho len.
  2. Pressure cooker mein dal aur rajma ko pani ke saath daal den. Namak daal len aur medium aanch par 30 minute tak pressure cook kar len.
