- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 pyaaz, barik kata hua
- 1 tsp adrak ka paste
- 1 tsp lehsun ka paste
- 2 tamatar, barik kata hua
- 1 tsp lal mirch powder
- 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup taja malai
- Namak swad anusar
- Barik kata hua dhaniya patta sajane ke liye
Vidhi:
- Paneer ko chote chote tukdon mein kaat lein aur alag rakh dein.
- Ek kadhai mein ghee ya tel garam karein, jeera dalein aur usey phutne dein.
- Kata hua pyaaz dalein aur ise translucent hone tak sauté karein.
