Saman:
- Pasta (200 gram)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoon)
- Lahsun (5-6 kaliyaan, kat kar)
- Pyaaz (1 medium size, kat kar)
- Tamatar (2 medium size, kat kar)
- Namak (swaad anusar)
- Kaali mirch powder (1/2 chammach)
- Lal mirch flakes (1/2 chammach)
- Oregano (1/2 chammach)
- Pani (pasta ubaalne ke liye)
- Parmesan cheese (grated, sajane ke liye)
Vidhi:
- Ek bade bartan mein paani ubaal kar usmein pasta, thoda sa namak aur 1 tablespoon olive oil daal dein. Pasta ko ubaalne tak pakayein.
- Pasta ko chaan kar alag rakh dein.
- Ek kadhai mein olive oil garam karke usmein chopped lahsun aur pyaaz daal kar halka sa bhunein.
- Ab tamatar ko kadhai mein daal kar unhe 3-4 minute tak pakayein jab tak vo naram ho jaayein.
- Namak, kaali mirch powder, lal mirch flakes aur oregano ko kadhai mein daal kar acchi tarah milayein.
- Ab uble hue pasta ko kadhai mein daal kar tamatar sauce ke saath acchi tarah milayein.
- Grated Parmesan cheese se sajayein aur garam garam serve karein.

Saman:
- 250g pasta
- 2 tablespoon makhan
- 2 tablespoon maida
- 2 cup doodh
- Namak, swad anusar
- Kali mirch, swad anusar
- 1/4 chammach laal mirch flakes
- 1/4 chammach sukhha ajwain
- 1/4 chammach sukhha tulsi
- 1/4 cup kati hui Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup kata hara dhaniya
Instructions:
- Pasta ko package ke anusar al dente tak pakayein. Pasta ko chaan lein aur ek taraf rakh dein.
- Ek saucepan mein makhan ko dhimi aanch par garam karein.
- Garam makhan mein maida daalein aur lagatar 1-2 minute tak halka bhura hone tak hilate rahein.
- Doodh ko dhire-dhire daalein, guchche na banein iske liye lagatar hilaate rahein.
- Namak, kali mirch, laal mirch flakes, sukhha ajwain aur sukhha tulsi ko saucepan mein daal dein aur ache se milayein.
- Sauce ko dhimi aanch par lagatar hilaate rahein, jab tak yeh gadha na ho jaye.
- Sauce mein kati hui Parmesan cheese daalein aur milayein jab tak yeh gal na jaye.
- Sauce mein pakaye gaye pasta ko daalein aur ache se mix karein.
- Pasta par kata hua dhaniya daal dein aur serve karein.
