  • 200g paneer (cottage cheese), cubes mein kata hua
  • 1 cup hari matar (green peas), taze ya frozen
  • 2 medium pyaaz, bareek kata hua
  • 3 medium tamatar, bareek kata hua
  • 1 tablespoon adrak-lasoon ka paste
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (swaad ke anusar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons tel ya ghee
  • Namak, swaad ke anusar
  • Pani, zarurat ke anusar
  • Taaja dhaniya patti, sajane ke liye

Vidhi:

  1. Ek pan mein tel garam karein aur jeera daalein. Jab wo phatne lagein, usme kata hua pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak sauté karein.
  2. Ab adrak-lasoon ka paste daal kar ek minute tak sauté karein ya jab tak raw smell naa jaye.
  3. Ab bareek kata tamatar daal kar tab tak pakayein jab tak wo ache se mushy na ho jaye aur tel alag hone lage.
  4. Ab dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.
  5. Hari matar daal kar 5-7 minute tak pakayein ya jab tak wo naram na ho jayein.
  6. Paneer cubes daal kar acche se mix karein aur aur 2-3 minute aur pakayein.
  7. Garam masala powder daal kar mix karein aur ek minute tak pakayein. Gas band kar dein.
