  1. Ek kadhai mein thoda tel garam karein aur usme rai aur jeera dalein. Unhe phutane dein.
  2. Hari mirch, adrak-lehsun ka paste aur curry patta dalein. Ek minute tak bhunein.
  3. Haldi powder, mash kiye hue aloo aur namak dalein. Acchi tarah milayein aur kuch minute tak pakayein. Aanch se utar kar thanda hone dein.
